The Party Buses and Chicago limo are getting fancier and more extravagant by the minute. The economy is stalling, limousines are getting a bad rap for cheapened service, oversized buses have crashed on major Chicago highways on a few occasions, and yet the party bus rental has never seen better days in the Windy City.  For over three years now the party buses have went from a rare luxury seen only once every few weekends to a full-fledged party bus-filled Chicago downtown.  It is no longer an oddity to see a party bus on a calm Sunday afternoon cruising around famed Michigan Avenue with a bunch of wild kids.Graceful Party Bus Disco Ceiling in Chicago

The prices for party bus rental in Chicago have seen a sharp decline ever since the main stream entertainment industry popularized the idea of converted limousines, parties themselves have gotten bigger via the social media networks such as Facebook, and conversion companies have found cheaper ways to build old shuttle buses.   A party bus conversion that used to cost over $150,000 back in 2007 nowadays will barely reach over $80,000, and the surplus in party bus demand has allowed the limousine operators to stretch their schedules to accommodate more and more people.  As a result, renting a party bus in Chicago nowadays costs as much as an SUV or a Hummer limo per person, and half the premium when compared to the traditional stretch limousine rental.

What the SUV and Hummer H2 limousines were to Chicago a few years back in 2003, party buses have completely taken over.  While the typical stretch limousine rental is seeing a vast decline in the bookings and reservations being made, more and more chauffeurs are getting CDL licenses to operate one of these epic converted shuttle buses. And the reasons why have never made more sense.

When the customers do the math, they are getting greater value in entertainment for less the price.  It no longer makes sense to squeeze ten people into a stretched Lincoln or Chrysler when one could have 30 friends dancing on the pole illuminated by flashing disco lights on a party bus.

As such, the Chicago limo industry is quickly adapting to the boom and building better looking and more efficient party buses for the crowd that’s wild, crazy, and fun enough to use them on a weekly basis.
